Terms and Conditions 99ab — Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to 99ab, an online entertainment platform operating under the domain name 99ab.plus. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 99ab ("Company", "We") regarding your use of all services, products, and content available through our platform.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

One account per person only per individual, email address, phone number, IP address, and physical address. Attempts to register multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or circumvent restrictions are a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to complete an identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) by submitting a valid identification document such as a MyKad, passport, or other recognised equivalent. The KYC process is completed once and takes less than 10 minutes. Once verified, you can carry out all transactions without interruption.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit (for anti-money laundering purposes).
• Withdrawal requests exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional document verification.
• 99ab reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for up to 72 hours if suspicious activity requires further investigation.

99ab offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal players. Each bonus offer is subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) specified individually for each promotion.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Each account is eligible to claim each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated.
• The rollover requirement must be fulfilled within the time period stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash, or used to fulfil the rollover requirements of another bonus.

• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

99ab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. 99ab's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final and binding.

All games available on the 99ab platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent international bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including 99ab itself.

• Slots: The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each slot is displayed in the game information. The outcome of each spin is independent and is not influenced by previous spins.

• Fraud, hacking, or attempts to manipulate the platform.
• Multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Requests from competent authorities.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the 99ab customer support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, all valid balances (after deducting any bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you within 5 business days.

99ab's total liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant liability claim.
